Coffee Shops near Waitsfield

“I love Three Mountain! Without a doubt they have the best chai in the area. They also have excellent sandwiches with locally sourced ingredients. Unfortunately the matcha powder they use isn’t very good. It tastes a bit like seaweed. To be fair, nearby Red Hen has the same issue so it seems you just can’t get a good matcha in the greater waitsfield area but honestly, with how wonderful Three Mountain is (and Red Hen for that matter) I’ll let it slide.

Inside, it’s beautiful and they always have a puzzle out for diners to work at. The staff are super friendly and overall it feels very Vermonty which is great. They can be a tad bit slow but it’s worth it. They did mess up my sisters order but when we asked them to fix it, they did happily.“

“Lovely spot that's easy to find and with REALLY good coffee. Had an amazing decaf latte with oat milk and a short conversation with the staff. Told him I was from out of town (Montréal) and he offered the beverage to me for free knowing that I had a long drive ahead of me. He was also kind enough to let me use my own paper cup! A complete stud and what a way to make someone's day!“

“Phenomenal cocktails. Bartender is great. Small place and can be crowded with a long wait. Good ramen. I’d hate to share a hidden gem but have to give credit when it’s due. I should add the lunch items and coffee are good as well.“
