“Easily one of the best breweries I’ve ever been to (out of 1,500 visited). Incredible beers—IPAs, Lagers, Stouts, Saisons are all insanely good. The nicest team who always goes above and beyond. Cozy taproom space in the heart of Waterbury. Highly recommend!“

“Listen ya'll...Warren's Kitchen is the only joint around for great Jamaican flair! Chef has done a wonderful job, fusing culinary delicacies to complement Alchemist's great beer! The menu has something for everyone/all ages. I'm glad chef convinced me to keep his bbq sauce on my burger! Take it from "Mr. Montgomery County"...these are genuinely good people serving great food.“

“What an awesome experience !! Atmosphere, food, craft beers, especially the beer radish! So easy and delicious! Couldn't find the right radish at home in KC (Go Chiefs!!) but substituted a Diakon radish, so good. The staff we could tell were so happy working at this place, it showed in their attention to detail, conversation and mood! Thankyou so much for the experience, we will be back. One of our absolute favorite places !!“
