We went in 20 minutes before closing and got the rolled ice cream. It was amazing. Even though they had cleaned up for the night they were happy to serve us. Great selection of candies.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked for strawberry rolled ice cream, and the girl looked at me like I had 8 heads. I said “I’m sorry, I don’t really know how this works, can I just order strawberry rolled ice cream?” Because there was a sign with flavor options, one of them being strawberry. The girls looked super put out, were mumbling and being rude to me, saying “pick something from the menu and you’ll get something from the menu”. Well they did make me the strawberry rolled ice cream, after about 15 minutes, 5 tik toks, and some weird whispering and swearing. So clearly it was an option. My sister and I were extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were there and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Clearly these girls don’t want you here because they have to get off their phones and do their jobs.

The candy options were much more limited than I expected. It seems like this place is more trailered toward ice cream, so I gave it a higher review than the candy alone would qualify for, since the ice cream options looked good and varied.

My only complaint is that it doesn’t seem to have air conditioning, but the ice cream was delicious, it’s super cute, and they have exceptionally friendly service.

been here a few times. the employees are always rude, annoyed that they have to work and very unfriendly. the rolled ice cream is great though.

Super cute candy shop tucked along the road in WRJ. Was excited to try the rolled ice cream! Overall, the flavors was good and tasted super fresh (got the very berry), but there could have been more fruit put in it. The presentation could have been a bit better with more fruit on top. I loved the taste, but it was priced at over $11!!! That’s insane for a small shop in Vermont when I got rolled ice cream for $8 (still a high price) in SF…. Yummy food but prices way too high.

i wandered in not knowing what to expect and i was immediately greeted cheerfully by a young woman behind the counter. after a quick look around i decided that ice cream was in my future and i ordered one of their hand made mixtures made with fresh berries. after watching it being made, i was already impressed and that only got better when i tasted it - SO DELICIOUS!

We stopped for a treat on a road trip back home. The shop was cute but very hot. I got rolled ice cream and my husband got a couple of scoops of ice cream with toppings. The 3 teenage girls looked like they were beyond annoyed that we walked in and they had to work. They totally left off one of the toppings on one of the ice creams but fixed it once we got the attention of one of the girls. The ice cream choices and atmosphere get 5 stars. The service 0. And I really hate to say that because I know the girls are young. But it wasn't even like they were trying to be customer service orientated, they looked like we were disturbing them from sitting on their phones.

Not only was the rolled ice cream the perfect consistency- which, I'm all about! But the flavor choices were awesome. High quality ingredients. The man who made our ice cream was helpful , but not overbearing , which I appreciated. I have an 8 and a 3 year old and he gave my little one a roll out of big sissies and made it pretty for her as well. The way he tops the ice cream is fun and every bite was a party. A cool place to Mosie around. Kids got cotton candy roll and I got strawberry cheesecake! Thank you Ava's!!

Everything was in closed jars, could not pick any candies other than 1/4pound bags, had the feeling to disturb the clerk during the movie he was listening on his I-Pad. Not worth 4.9/5!

I must've missed the amazingness of this place, because it seemed liked it was run by someone under the influence of drugs. Not welcoming in the slightest. Very perplexing.

This ice cream and candy shop doubles as a very cute nerdy store with bobbleheads and Pokémon shirts. It's in a cute town in the middle of downtown, and has a cool aesthetic and a great selection of candy and ice cream.
