I was skeptical about the costs for some things, like paying $6+ for a side of fries, but the fries were top-tier and all of the food was delicious.

My friends and I came to the Skinny Pancake on our drive back to Boston after a ski weekend. The food was delicious, great bang for buck and plenty of delicious options. However, even more exceptional than the food, is the customer service I experienced from the General Manager, Sam. I accidentally left my wallet and did not realize until I was in Boston, with a train to New York in less than 2 hours. When I called the restaurant the next day, Sam was able to tell me they had my wallet, and that he would ship it to my address in New York for me.This has been an absolute lifesaver without any ability to get back to Vermont and has saved me so much time and stress. Thank you so much Sam, I already had a great time but with employees like you, I'll be sure to be back and recommend my friends!

We saw this place on our drive through town and immediately turned around . I can’t resist crepes! What a lovely place. We had a smash burger ( awesome) and a sweet crepe( unbelievable). Fries were spot on and service was excellent. It’s already on our list of must dos when we go back to Woodstock .

Food and service were amazing. The atmosphere was nice. It was our first time in Vermont and the first place we ate there so we were off to a good start.

so we have been driving by for years and finally timing worked to stop. I love a crepe. anyway...... once you get past the weirdness of ordering and understanding the flow; the food that comes out is INSANE. I had the Noah's ark and my husband had the breakfast Sammy. it is by far one of my favorite breakfasts and my husband said the best breakfast sandwich he has ever had. the last one he had that took that spot was years ago at a diner that we have never found again by mystic. bacon comes EXACTLY as you order. eggs perfectly prepared for each requested type home fries= flawless. service was super helpful and kind. we made a mistake on the bread types and they remade my husband's ENTIRE plate. classy behavior

Breakfast at 7:45 on a Wednesday. No crowds or noise. Apples & Brie and DejaVu. Excellent coffee. Very adequate portions. Limited service as the server was also the host and the busser. If you are expecting full restaurant service (as a couple of reviewers were) don't go here. If you are looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere this is the place for you. We will be back.

?????Went there for my birthday, they had no strawberries, no bananas and no ice cream and their crepes were kinda gross, not gonna lie, they were rubbery and poorly made. The filling was all over the place so different sides of the crepe either had no filling or some of the filling in one area and one other ingredient in the other corner, it was bizarre, they turned my stomach. Also, It was very loud in there and the sun was in my eyes and there were also painting going on. I really should not have came here but it was good to experience it because I definitely will not be coming back.

Call me crazy, but during the winter months, the food portions seem much smaller. They seem to be larger and more appealing when out-of staters arrive. The service is fair at best. There is always confusion on if they serve you when you sit or if its up to the customer to order, then sit, and then they bring it to you. Table service is how they started when they opened, which is what I prefer. Food is great when you get a consistent fair serving. When you realize what you paid to what you get, it's very disappointing. The Skinny may want to revisit their businesses model, this one doesn't fly with me.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

Second time here, first time since the pandemic times. Slight wait to be seated (about 15 minutes). Nice, large booths. When seated, you’re instructed to place your order when ready using the table QR code (alternatively you can order at the counter). Food is brought out to your table when ready.Restaurant was busy, so it did take a little while to be served, but we received our beverage orders timely.Food was very good. I had a savory pulled pork crepe (The Johnny), my husband had Noah’s Ark, and my son had the egg sausage bacon and apple crepe. Side ordered hash browns and the roasted beets and sweet potatoes with chèvre. Food served hot. Unfortunately no room for the sweet dessert crepes. You pay online where you ordered when ready. Easy process.
