I made a pickup order from my cellphone parked 4 minutes away. App said 30 min for pickup. This was a 9 person order. I pull up and I see them packing a pickup bag! It had been ten minutes. I was excited because I had hungry kids. I walked in and in under 15 minutes not only did they have my order ready to go- and I was greeted immediately- but they got EVERY SINGLE order correct. Moe's just isn't the same anymore. Their portions have shrunk to the point where it's worthless to get it. I used to love it, but now when you ask for things, they give a pathetic sprinkle of it. God forbid you ask for extra, or else they'll charge you for it. The good news is that it tastes the same. But the portions are absurdly small now. I shouldn't be paying $30+ for two burritos with less than half a cup of chicken.
