I’ve been coming to CnS for 5 years now and I think it’s the finest restaurant in Deerfield valley. Must try the biscuit and gravy, the bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, and the cinnamon roll French toast!!
I LOVE this place. My husband's family owns a cabin in the area and I cannot believe I've only discovered this place recently. I love the seating - it's very old school. The waitstaff is helpful, knowledgeable, and make this place extra special. I love the menu. This is not the place to come if you're a large crowd on a busy morning as it's unlikely you'll find seats all together. It feels very local here and I like that. I recently visited CNS with my Father in Law during a Snow storm. It was my first time, but he's been a fan. I see why. CNS is not fancy, but it's still a cool place. They have a one of a kind hockey rink shaped seating counter. So it's almost like you're eating with everybody there. There's an open area in the middle and the servers work their magic from there.
