May I suggest a table in the main portion of the restaurant. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Great service was provided by waitress.

Fun dinner place. Hanging on the bank about the river in the hart of Wilmington. Fantastic home made sourdough. The staff was kind and fast.

Perfect quintessential small-town spot for a great meal and warm service! We ate at the counter, and tried multiple dishes and everything was so tasty! The turkey reuben was so good, the shoestring fried onions are a must, and the chicken sandwich was fantastic; nice touch that a GF roll was an option! We didn't have to wait for a seat (as we were warned is usually the case), but knowing now what we know, we absolutely would!

The food was absolutely worth the wait! This breakfast spot was packed — we arrived around 10 AM on a Saturday and waited about 30 minutes, with a line stretching out the door and onto the street. Once seated, the food was delicious and the menu offered plenty of great options.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because some staff members came across as quite rude when interacting with customers. I understand they were extremely busy and working hard to keep things moving, but I noticed at least two groups leave before being seated after tense exchanges with the staff. It made for a slightly uncomfortable atmosphere at times, which was unfortunate given how good the food was.

This place was recommended… We waited about a half hour to sit down, which was not the problem at all… When they did finally sit us, it was at the counter. One would think being at the counter would mean better service… And that wouldn’t be accurate.. After about 12 minutes of just sitting there not being acknowledged… We finally had to grab someone to at least get us drinks and take our order.. The girl who was supposed to wait on us, just kept ignoring us so someone else took our order.. After a long time, I finally said when did you put in our order and she said about 21 minutes ago…. About seven minutes later, my onion soup came and I said where’s the rest of it because I only have a BLT and my husband has an open face sandwich… She said you’ll have to wait for the sandwiches because the soup is An appetizer.. I looked at her and I said we’re starving. Just give us it all… After another 10 minutes, the sandwich’s finally came out like it was no big deal… So basically, we waited 30 minutes to get in and another 35 minutes to finally eat. The staff was nice Enough except for the original waitress That completely ignored us… Won’t be back
