This is a very small Dunkin location. One bathroom that was not clean. Everything looks a bit worn.

If you ever want coffee I do not recommend going here not only did they mess up my order or coffee twice but they were very rude after they mess up the third time I gave up recorrecting them the man and lady working were very rude and aggressive please work on your customer service

Employees are rude and completely incompetent. Zero consistency and SLOW! I've never received the same coffee twice...80% of the time the order is wrong OR after waiting in "line" at the intercom with no one in front of me, I've backed up and left. Don't go if you're in a hurry or want a decent coffee.

Terrible customer service. Just wanted a black coffee. They said it wasn't brewed so I'd have to pull up front. I said I could just switch to a medium roast. Girl said no we charged you for dark roast you have to wait. So I sat out there for 10 minutes and eventually just drove away. Customer service clearly isn't a priority. Like do they charge differently for the different roasts? Just switch out my coffee so I can be on my way. Ridiculous.

When you're open, serve people. Walked in and told " we're closing soon", so I left. Wow, when you're open, serve. If you're closed, shut the lights down. What a dump.
What kind of dunkin donuts has no donuts at 4pm. Coffee also tastes so bad. Disappointed

I come here all the time. Nothing super crazy. Thankfully my coffee tastes the same 85% of the time. I did go there a couple days ago, early in the morning, and ordered two coffees and donuts. My donuts tasted like they were extremely old. Like, yesterday’s donuts. Normally when we order a dozen donuts, we get a lot of different donuts. But this time I got a box full of boring plain donuts and all were so dry that I fed them to my dogs.My coffee also tasted burnt, and so did my husbands.

Was able to do a quick zoom meeting on the free wifi at the corner table because they weren’t busy. The bathroom was clean. The donuts weren’t super fresh. The staff was really nice. This location must have recently been redone, the interior is bright and new. They have regular milks, coconut, almond and oat milk.
