My wife and I stopped in early Sunday (9/22) afternoon for lunch on our way to Lincoln NH. It’s a small, intimate place that might put some off, but we didn’t get the “you’re not from around here” look. Mike the bartender greeted us and took our order— the homemade beef stew and diet cola for my wife and corn dogs and chips for me with a local craft beer. Place had a good selection of beers, the food was just right and there was a decent amount of options there also.
Service was friendly, efficient and very attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming, everyone knew one another and got along. Ended up watching the eclipse with the regulars and some of the townies and had a truly memorable experience for it.
Will definitely be visiting here again, as I'm regularly just a few towns over in one direction of another...

We stopped for a beer last night, and we had a great experience. 1. The beer was cold, 2. It was karaoke night, 3. Everyone was so friendly! Visiting the Wilmington Village Pub was a great way to kick off the season for us!
