4 Best Ice Cream Shops near Windsor

“Drove by this on a hiking trip, made a quick U-turn to check it out. Very cute little place with friendly staff. They seem to have a lot of great things on the menu but I got the Hawaiian Vermonter with sweet potato fries. That was the best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, maple mayo, bacon & a big slice of pineapple. It was so delicious & I’m going to have to remember this place the next day trip I take up to VT!“

“I honestly don't know how they make any profit. The portions are super sized. Normally I can handle two scoops, no problem. Wade's place is like 4 scoops at a regular place. I had to save half of mine for the next day. They have an extensive range of Hershey flavors. I'll post a pic of the flavor board and the prices are on the low side. They do a great business. Both times we went(3 years apart) there were multiple people there but the lines weren't too crazy. If you are in the area and love ice cream it is a must stop.“
