Great hidden spot in downtown Winooski. Warm greeting right at the door. Small space, which goes unnoticed by decore and service. Nice menu with a fair amount of sides. Very nice wine list. They offer wine by the glass, carafe, and bottle. Host seated us, table touching and expediting food out of the windows. Our server had the biggest smile. She was very helpful with selections and, of course, offering dessert at the end. The chicken was cooked very well. Not great potato salad. Crab did was okay. Not enough crab. Have the chocolate mousse.

We had the best meal of our trip to Burlington here! The food was wonderful (beignets, salad, chicken sandwich, oysters) and the drinks were also top notch.

We had our 3 year old along and the staff was most accommodating of our little dude. Shout out to Genay who helped build him a dinosaur fort to keep him entertained while we ate. Her service, along with the entire staff, made this a memorable and delicious meal!

We were staying in Burlington for a few days, and I was very excited to try this restaurant! From the moment we sat down things felt off. The vinyl tablecloth was too big for the table; it was sticky and dirty, and stuck uncomfortably to my lap.

I have a mobility assistance service dog. She tucks herself under restaurant tables like a champ and typically only pops up if I drop my napkin. This time she handed me a big piece of a broken plate, and then an ant poison bait. When these items were handed over, the manager (?) blew it off. All I could think was how lucky she was that it was my well-trained dog who found the items, instead of a toddler. We decided to switch to carry-out.

Back at the hotel, we were excited to try our meals. We got an order of cheddar beingnets to share, and each got a 2-piece basket. I chose cabbage slaw and baked beans as my sides. The beingnets were so greasy they couldn't be eaten. The chicken, also greasy, must not have been dried properly before frying because the breading fell off. The baked beans tasted like canned and the kimchi pickles were soggy and one note (spicy). The only tasty item was the cabbage slaw.

Including the drinks we ordered at the restaurant, the entire meal was over $125. I've had better fried chicken at KFC, and they're actually cleaner. I can't remember being more disappointed in a restaurant. Their dismissive attitude about the danger of shards of dished and insecticide right under the table is what really made me angry.

A very pleasant experience. The oysters were great and we got a nice explanation as to what they were. The steak tartare was spectacular, the oyster ssam was beyond spectacular. We split the lobster rolls getting one cold, one hot buttered and they were both very very good but the cold one was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend, will definitely return. Oh and definitely get the spicy pickles, they were great too.

The chicken was to die for- Mine could have been breaded better and less crispy, but the juicy Misty Knoll made up for it. Baked beans were amazing. We got honey butter, ranch, and the gochu mayo. They were $2 each. You would think a $34 chicken meal would come with a dipping sauce or two. Nope. The honey butter was hot honey. Nothing butter about it. The dill in the ranch was overpowering. We had to ask for butter for our biscuits three times and ranch twice- our server seemed a little sidetracked. He suggested using the hot honey instead of butter when we asked for butter. The potato salad says it has leeks and dijonaise, but there are ALSO pickled red onions which completely overpower the other flavors. I asked if there were onions, the server said no, but when it came- there were, so I sent that back. My boyfriend loved the hot honey wings! We will be back for another try. The server Marcelle came back while we were packing up our food and was questioning me on which things I was taking home AFTER bringing us boxes, (Are you taking that? OK, what about the beans, ranch?) He asked about wach item on my place which felt very awkward. I already told him I needed one to go box to put everything in. Of course I was taking it all. I was just relaxing before packing up my food, and he made us feel very rushed. Which was funny after barely checking in with us.
