We had such a great experience at Papa Pete’s Diner. From the moment we walked in, the friendly Vermont atmosphere made us feel right at home. It’s the kind of place where you’re welcomed like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.

Where to begin? This place is a true gem! The owner is very polite and personable. It felt like we had known each other for years. The atmosphere, even at 7am, was warm and welcoming. I’d recommmend Papa Pete’s all day long all year long to anyone. There isn’t another place quite like it, and I’ll be looking forward to eating here again when I visit Vermont again!
The owner's personality and good vibes is enough for me to wish to be a local, and to chat with her daily. & then the stuffed French toast!!! it was absolutely a pleasure to find this treasure of a restaurant. 💜 11/10 would recommend to EVERYONE to stop here and check this place out!
