We had fish and chips in England but this was better! The portions were perfect, the fish was cooked well and came out piping hot and the coating was crisp. Fries were crispy and the coleslaw was nice. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We tried the root beer which I really liked as well although some might find it a little sweet. We love getting the fish and chips from Little Britain's. The amount of chips you get is huge. Sometimes we don't even finish them. The crispiness of the fish and the moistness is absolutely wonderful again such a large portion is given. We love the mushy peas. We have to try and make sure we get over there before they run out. I have to drive over 80 miles each way to eat in the restaurant but it’s well worth it. I am English and travel to England usually about once a year to visit my family and of course I eat Haddock and chips a couple of times when I’m there and I must say that none of the chip shops there compare to Lil Britain because when you buy food in a British shop it has been sitting around for quite a while on display in a heated cabinet but in Lil Britain I always wait for the food...read full review
