The Appalachian Salad (with added avo) is the best salad I’ve had in my life! Ordered it 2 days in a row. Beautiful crisp local lettuce, excellent blue cheese (and the perfect amount, not too much), amazingly delish chicken salad, perfect dressing, I could go on! Every ingredient in this salad is done perfectly. And what’s more, the staff here are incredible kind!
Sweet little deli with some fantastic sandwiches - I didn’t really believe the reviews I was reading when deciding which lunch place to visit today as I spend a few nights in town from Texas.

Got a turkey and cheese sandwich with a slice of carrot cake. Both the sandwich and carrot cake were pretty good. My wife said the BLT salad was delicious.
