Great dinner with live music. What a memorable dinning experience at 506 Bistro and Bar with our family. Food was top notch. We were also pleasantly surprised that a local band was performing in the bar area (a bonus). Our server Ryan was fantastic. He was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and had a great personality. We will be back on our next visit to Woodstock! A+++

Had a very enjoyable evening at 506 Bistro and Bar. Everything from the Charcuterie Board to our Entrees ( Sea Scallops and Asian Meatloaf) were excellent. Service from Ryan was great. Extremely friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Our server Ryan was rude as soon as we walked in and seemed annoyed that we were there. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Our appetizer came out in only a few minutes and was ice cold in the center. Our entrees were equally as disappointing. Steak was served nearly raw in the center and chicken was chewy and tough to eat. Most of the food tasted like it had just been microwaved. Server checked in on us immediately after our food had been delivered and was nowhere to be seen the rest of the night giving us little chance to raise our concerns. The drinks were good but our server had no knowledge of what was on tap and we had to ask the bartender for clarification. Save your money and find somewhere else to eat in Woodstock. There are so many better restaurants in town and when you’re only there for a limited stay, do not waste your time at this place. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant, awful experience.

We left before the main entrees were served. We ordered salads and then waited 40 min and still no entrees. Manager had no apologies - just said “ we’re so busy.” The place was half empty. Then wanted to charge us for the ENTIRE meal when we only had the salads. AWFUL customer service !!!!!

I had the pleasure of hanging out and dining at 506 Bistro & Bar. Dave at the bar was so personable and professional. Service was exceptional. Drinks and food were great! I highly recommend this place. The only recommendations I can make is a sign on the road because if I wasn’t staying at 506 On the River, I feel as though I wouldn’t have had the please of finding this amazing spot. I also dined at the bar during the Kentucky Derby and there was no television to watch it on! Other than that, I highly recommend this bistro!

Always a wonderful meal and great service while visiting Woodstock! Our server, Ryan, was super friendly and professional.
We started with the Harvest Salad with butternut squash and an apple honey vinaigrette , which was wonderful. I had the chicken Marsala for an entree - excellent! My husband had the steak which was cooked perfectly. Both dishes came with mashed potatoes (yum!) and beets (I have a new love for beets 😄) The peanut butter pie for dessert was amazing! Next time I’ll be ordering my own slice.

The restaurant space is inviting and the food was delicious. However, upon entering our first impression was a very poor welcome by a man with a sour personality. We were all taken by surprise as our dining experiences are varied, expensive and traveled. In an establishment considered somewhat high end it was disconcerting . Experiencing this, next time we dine, we will do so where we are made to feel valued and welcomed .

This is not your typical hotel dining room. The Bistro is an incredible restaurant that happens to have a really nice hotel attached to it.
Ryan our server and V.C. the bartender, backed up by an amazing kitchen staff were absolutely wonderful. The food was beyond delicious. Duck the first night and Osso Bucco the second night were both fantastic. Bursting with flavor would be an understatement. This is honestly one of the best restaurants I've been to in the last 6 months.
The drinks were great and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend stopping by for an excellent meal!
