We were so pleased and impressed by your beyond excellent customer service. We were very touched when we got to our room and found 2 notes, one for the grandma-to-be and one for the two moms-to-be in our party. I had only mentioned this briefly when we made our reservation 2 months earlier. In addition to the notes, we were gifted 2 baby Woodstock t-shirts and treated to champagne glasses with Prosecco for grandma and non-alcoholic ciders for the mamas! Lovely! We had similarly wonderful service ( and food!) for breakfast at The Inn and dinner in the dining room. Our spa treatments were also terrific. While there was a slight mix-up for one of us, the spa staff more than made up for it. From arrival to literally departure, the staff was helpful and friendly. We all commented that we completely got the feeling there was no request that your staff would not try their best to accommodate. Can’t wait to return!

It’s my 3rd time in Woodstock but first time staying at this property. Overall the hotel is extremely well kept and clean. It is large with various facilities and two main restaurants. They have a game room, fire place and lounge as well. The rooms are nicely appointed, clean and bed very comfortable. On the food side I’d say it lacks the flavor/quality you’d expect for paying top dollar. As an example, the buffet full breakfast is $30 dollars per person but is the basic scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes and french toast. Just not worth the price for what you get. Overall Woodstock itself doesn’t have many breakfast options hence why Mon Vert Cafe is slammed all the time. The two restaurants in the hotel are also not great on food. I’d eat outside if you can or drive somewhere else for more options. The main bar to the right of reception is way too small for a hotel that size. You’ll find it mostly full and folks lining up on the right hand side of the bar to get a drink and walk away elsewhere to sit. The location of the hotel is excellent. All is walkable in town. Parking can be tough if it’s full at the hotel but doable. Lastly, the service. This is where the hotel was hit or miss. I found certain bar/host staff to be less than welcoming. The wait staff were mainly friendly and nice. They need to fix this part as its obvious who is happy to work there and who is not. I’d recommend this hotel to an older crowd 40+ or folks with kids. It’s as you’d expect a quiter hotel given the area. Not really designed for 20-40 year olds who may be seeking a vibe. Very chill and laid back. Still a great property.

Perfect stay. We spent a beautiful fall overnight at the Woodstock Inn and it couldn’t have been better. The Inn itself was gorgeous, and we enjoyed two meals there that were wonderful. The location made it easy to hike, bike, walk, and shop. The gym facility they offer access to was phenomenal and made it easy for us to shower after check out and a days full of activities. Highly recommend this Inn for a special getaway.
