“El Capitan's is warm, welcoming, awesomely quirky. A real downtown Bellingham gem. I'm so appreciative of the worker's and owners, it really shows through and through. Watching the world go by eating a gourmet hot dog, sipping cold beverage inside or outside seating areas is relaxing.“
