“Went today for lunch, I just moved here to Ephrata. The BLT was amazing. I could barely eat half. The place was busy, excellent customer service, kept checking on me to make sure everything was great. I am going back Saturday for the eggs benedict. Only served on Friday and Saturday. I was told by the waitress the hollandaise sauce is amazing. I will let you all know. Great place for perfectly prepared food. Everyone eating was very well taken care of and the food was excellent. Thank you all so much Keep doing what you are doing, and I will be back, I promise.“

“The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was outstanding, and the service exceeded our expectations. Raul and his family have completely outdone themselves here, they made us feel like family from the minute we walked in the door, and don’t get me started on the portion sizes, Wow!!! The chips, salsa, and guacamole were exceptional. Anyone who hasn’t tried this place yet is missing out on one of the best food establishments in the Pacific Northwest. 🎉🤩❤️ Vegetarian options They were willing to modify their menu to need my dietary restrictions. 😀 Kid-friendliness The atmosphere was somewhere I would bring my children at any age. Parking Lots of room to get in and out easily with our big truck and trailer. Wheelchair accessibility Nice ramp outside with easy access form sidewalk to building. Dietary restrictions I have restrictive dietary guidelines, so when I go out to eat sometimes it can be a negative experience if the staff doesn’t understand, but that certainly wasn’t the case here at Tequilas. Raul listened attentively and was very helpful finding something that I loved eating. 🎉“

“Wanted to take our brother and sister -in Law out for their 27th anniversary and try to make it special. Had 2 trusted co-workers who highly praised Sophia's, so we made reservations in advance and made sure we arrived early. No problem, they got us seated right away and the place was already packed at 5 pm on a Saturday. The decor is authentic, and had the feel of real, family run business not a national chain. The star of the show is the ornate, tiled brick oven that is well done to isolate its immense heat from overwhelming the dining area, all of which is very tightly packed. The open view cooking area seems immaculate, and the staff has obviously gotten their choreography down. We ordered wine and an appetizer that arrived in quick order, giving us an opportunity to scour the menu and make decisions. The excellent Crostini Rosso with spicy infused oil was so good, a creamy cheesy blob infused with pesto in the center hit the spot. We had a classic Magherita Pizza, Fettucine Alfredo, Ribeye Steak, and the pasta special Cheese Tortellini in Pomodoro Sauce. Everybody sampled each other's fare, and it was all very, very good. My brother-in-law lived in Italy during his service in the Vietnam era and raved about how good this was. We had a couple of budget bottles of Malbec and could have licked the plates clean but had to save room for a little Gelato and Tiramisu with an Espresso. Our waitress was very busy, yet efficient and very pleasant, taking time to answer any questions and offer information. As for the cost, well nothing is cheap anymore it seems, but for the quality of the food and the quaint, authentic experience, we were not put off and will be back again.“
