Staff are so knowledgeable! They introduced me to my new favorite top shelf whiskey. Great service and food.

I used to go there every other day after my work to relax and smoke a fine cigar, but last time I went there wearing my work Jeans she didn’t give me any respect, or even serve me. Gave me a weird look. I guess if you are a blue collar or a hard working man you won’t be welcomed there.

Loud and obnoxious. It was like being in the smoking section of a sports bar. Not quite, not relaxed and the cigar humidor was 2 small shelves with over priced cigars.

Great addition to the night life of Spokane. The atmosphere is top notch and the drinks are excellent. Also the service is great. The only downside is that the cigar selection is sparse.

Okay. One person was working the bar today. She was kicking it with the amount of people in the lounge. Why would the casino put an employee in this position? Still had a great time and was patient due to the circumstances. But the bad is directed solely to the management not getting the employee help. Kudos to her and tipped accordingly.

Cigar selection is limited but they allow outside cigars. Staff is top notch and very helpful.

Great customer service although not a huge variety of cigar collection. So if you are super particular about what you want, call and check if they have it or not before showing up.

Worst cigar I ever had. The location is poor. I called several times to see if they had my brand of cigar and they would not answer the phone when it said that they were open. It was just a bad experience. I will never go there again.

Last time I was here Shane was amazing, took the time to show me everything and teach me about cigars I knew nothing about. Tonight's my second night and he served me again. I really like Shane and I like this bar.
