I took my husband here for his birthday hoping for the great experience we had here in the years prior to Covid. The apps were great, dinner salads ok, but my husbands seafood pasta was mediocre. They used bay shrimp as the "shrimp" and only 3 muscles were included. The sauce was also very bland and the pasta used was egg noodles. This was a 44 dollar dish. We were going to let it go as we were trying to make it a nice birthday dinner but when we got the bill we were shocked to see a 42 dollar service fee (20 percent of the bill. I asked what this charge was for and was told it was to give gratuities for the hostess, busser, cooks etc. Had I not noticed it I would have paid another 20 percent for a total of a 40 percent gratuity! For a mediocre experience this is insane! We will not be coming back to Masselows again. Shame on the casino for taking advantage of their guests. Has we not noticed it and asked it would not have been pointed out to us.

-Sigh- I'm usually so easy to please when someone else makes dinner. Our waitress was fantastic and the restaurant layout was nice for a more private dining experience. The food did not meet our expectations by a long shot for the price. We were woefully disappointed.Firstly, I have to admit, my husband is a self-appointed steak connoisseur, with a refined palate for steak, by cut and cooking. He ordered rare, and almost sent it back as it was way overcooked for a rare order. He said it was a $30 steak at best. I ordered lamb. It tasted okay to me, but I was disappointed at the small portions, 2 shanks. It was plated in a lovely way though, but for the price it needs to have wow taste. The salad had enormous sized, burnt croutons. The waitress noticed them being burnt when she came back and replaced them. The scalloped potatoes looked interesting but were cold in the middle and bland. We thought we'd order desserts to go in hopes those might salvage our night out splurge. We ordered the flourless chocolate cake, creme brûlée, and beignets. They were all the worst we've ever had. The small slice of cake had only a 1/5 inch layer or so of chocolate and was mostly some sort of white nougat or cream. The creme brûlée had an odd flavor and the caramelized crust was so thick and hard it was really hard to eat. The tiny beignets were hard, as though they had been sitting out, stale.I really hate to give such a critical review. We've been here once before a while back and were disappointed then too, maybe not as badly. So I wanted to share our experience before some plunks down their money with high dining expectations.Interestingly, it seemed like they had more seafood options than steak. Diners should also be aware that they include a generous service/gratuity fee of I believe 25% in your bill, as many patrons are probably staying overnight at the resort. We did NOT notice that service fee and added another 20% or so for a tip. We did not want to fault the waitress for our disappointment with the food, as she was great.Parking: We parked in the parking garage, and walked through a long hallway through the hotel. A wheelchair could navigate this path with no stairs. It's protected from the weather outside, which is nice.

I have done dinner here before, and it wasn't my favorite. But, I was excited to try breakfast and coffee. I ordered the French press and cannot believe what I was served. It was some of the best coffee I have ever had. The tableside service and presentation was amazing. I did the eggs and toast with chicken sausage and it was all very good. I loved the butter that was offered for the toast, the tangerine butter was tasty. Great service, I will definitely be back.

Every entree and side came out cold. Had to send several plates back to be warmed up. The "shareable" rib eye steak had very little actual meat on it, and what was there was very dry due to the poor quality. Never going back!

Great service, outstanding food. You are gonna pay a bit, but for a special treat, I'd come again.

Ate here a couple times, not impressed. Very mediocre for the pricing. What really gets my goat is that I was told by staff numerous times that this restaurant has a Michelin star, which is a blatant lie Qdoba and FatBurger have better food than this place, don't waste your money on subpar "fine dining"

Corey was our server and he was amazing! Great sense of humor. His service was every bit as good as the food. It was really interesting to get offered to choose our knife for the dinner. Now the pricing is obscene but it was the best steak I’ve ever had. The espresso chili torte was divine. Really rich. We enjoyed the bread and the butter was super soft.Would go back again next time we’re in the area.

Erin our server and Abigail her assistant were wonderful! Perfect amount of attention without feeling bugged or waiting for something. Prices on Open Table menu don't match menu at restaurant, and the restaurant website is not up to date.

We were there for a romantic 16th Anniversary dinner and we were seated not in an intimate booth like we had in visits before but in an open dining room with several kids. It was not the romantic atmosphere we wanted nor expected. The food was ok, but the additions of a bread service with different butters was gone and it just felt all around it was downhill. The steaks were fine, thin but cooked well but for $77.00 they should be a bit more than “ok”, overall it was underwhelming. We had dined there several times before so this was not what I expected, had this been the first time I'd never been back. We are going to branch out elsewhere, it felt like an Outback steak house not an upscale restaurant.

Food was fantastic, service was great. Cory, our server, went out of his was to make the experience the best, was even able to get me lavender simple syrup to mix in my sweet tea lemonade. Over all, it was a fantastic date night. Will definitely be back.

I thought I had posted a review the first time we went. I didn't. I'm sad to say it's gone downhill. The bread service was horrid. The bread was so hard and the butter hard to spread. They used to have a great selection of salts and butters to pair with the bread. We waited too long from the time we ordered until we ended up leaving. We didn't stay for the mea. It's become an $$$ burger place. The drinks are pricey and I'm willing to overpay for the drinks if everything else is amazing but the drinks were the only good thing and there was 0 mixing involved if that says anything. They asked us to give them another chance but why would I risk my money? I get it's a casino but my food is one thing I don't want to gamble on.
