My husband and I have been coming to Three Peaks now for 5 years. I noticed the comment on Shayla. We have had her on at least 6 occasions in the last year. Every single time she has gone above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect and we were satisfied with everything. Very pleasant to us and our observation was she was pleasant to all. Over the many years we come appx once a week. Very seldom has the food not been satisfactory and it was corrected if not. Servers...read full review
Our chicken fried steak was waaay overdone, despite asking our server to make sure it wasn't left in the fryer too long. This is one of my favorites and I used to serve it, at different restaurants, back in the day. Our server was nice, but she seemed disorganized and flustered, despite there being only a few tables and having others to help bring our food.

Three Peaks Kitchen + Bar offers a comfortable and laid-back atmosphere with a classy ambiance. The menu features a variety of dishes, including a Reuben and prime rib, which have received mixed reviews. While the food quality is generally good, some dishes tend to be oversalted, as noted by regular customers. The restaurant's proximity to the casino can result in a smoky environment, which may affect the overall experience. Service is friendly and attentive, although there have been occasional delays; for example, one guest experienced a slow kitchen that took about an hour and a half to serve their meal. The restaurant is known for its incredible Beef Stroganoff, which many consider the best they've had, and the chili has also been praised for its delicious flavor. The prime rib, often advertised as a 12-ounce cut, sometimes arrives smaller and with gristle, which can detract from the enjoyment, especially considering the premium price. The restaurant is praised for its pretty setting, and many customers enjoy the friendly staff, though some feel the food quality has dipped recently. Overall, Three Peaks Kitchen + Bar remains one of the top casino restaurants in the Spokane area, offering a mix of excellent dishes and friendly service amidst some minor issues.
