I've eaten here twice. Both times the food has been excellent. Both times we have received our appetizers, salad, and main entree all at once and then haven't seen a server for 25 plus minutes. It is very nice, the food is excellent, the servers need trained.
My husband and I have been coming to Three Peaks now for 5 years. I noticed the comment on Shayla. We have had her on at least 6 occasions in the last year. Every single time she has gone above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect and we were satisfied with everything. Very pleasant to us and our observation was she was pleasant to all. Over the many years we come appx once a week. Very seldom has the food not been satisfactory and it was corrected if not. Servers...
Our chicken fried steak was waaay overdone, despite asking our server to make sure it wasn't left in the fryer too long. This is one of my favorites and I used to serve it, at different restaurants, back in the day. Our server was nice, but she seemed disorganized and flustered, despite there being only a few tables and having others to help bring our food.
