Paris, Texas Peach Cobbler for 2
Classic, no twists, this one is simple-served hot and delicious! Each one baked in cast iron. The batter is similar to the French pastry called a Financier-fluffy, crisp on the edges, and buttery.

They forgot one of my side dishes. ( Mac and cheese). Cat Fish was good, collard greens were amazing, beef rib was good but the rib tips were burnt ends, not rib tips. Over all I would go back to order something else. They have great bbq sauce and maybe dine in so I won't get a closed bag.

I’ve been in the state for almost a year. This is some of the best food I’ve had I’m here for work and I eat out every night and try a different place. 10/10 would recommend it’s rare, but you can tell when a chef actually loves what they’re doing. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place! Great vibe, we showed up late at 8:40 after a long drive from Yakima and they still served us! We fully expected to be turned away but they were so cool about it. Our server was amazing and quick, the drinks are excellent, food’s incredible. Their Bbq sauce is to die for! Bought some to take home. We really loved it!
