Immediately upon walking through the front door, I fell in love with Blackbird. It's small yet very spacious, with limited but extremely comfortable seating. The decor is thoughtful and complementing of itself, with soft, pleasing music. The wine selection is small but includes selections from exotic vineyards from both domestic and international locations that I would argue most people have never tasted. The charcuterie was divine, with numerous options and combinations...
If I could’ve left 10 stars, I would’ve, Bryan was such a great host, music was amazing and the cheeses and charcuterie were fantastic. Oh, the wine was fabulous as well. Great job Bryan and hope to see you again next year!
This is such a lovely wine bar! The proprietor is charming and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit there.
We stopped on our way to catch the ferry and are already talking about stopping again on our way back. This is a must-go spot for any wine enthusiast and there are other non-wine options like cider for those who prefer that.
