The customer service from this Jimmy John’s restaurant is great. They are prompt, easy going, and understanding. Very refreshing to interact with a good group of people, especially when I made the mistake with my order. Plus they also deliver to the ferry, which is a ++

There seemed to be a lot of confusion when I went through the drive-thru. The young lady who took our order didn't greet us when we got to the window, and we sat there for about 5 minutes before a young man came and greeted us and took my payment.
