“Disappointing that I couldn't get the coffee I wanted because the barista did the closing duties 20 minutes early and wouldn't run shots for me. She only offered cold brew. I worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I know that's the risk of doing your closing duties early. Disappointing.“

“I am updating my review because it's been close to 6 years since I was last here. I brought my 10 year old, and we loved it! The only criticism I have is for the mother daughter team to find a more private place to have their arguments. The kitchen amplified their voices and everyone could hear them. I didn't appreciate hearing the mother cussing at the daughter, or from the gentleman in the kitchen. Over all it was nice. My daughter and I had a great time there.

Parking: Parking can be an issue during busy times. Saturdays tend to be busy, having a reservation is suggested.

Kid-friendliness: Fairly older kid friendly, I've had my kids as young as 3 here and they offer a kids menu called little darling.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fairly open floor plan, might be a little tight in the rooms with tables, but otherwise I think it would be alright.“

“This is a really great Panera. The staff are really friendly. Elderly women with younger folks who work well together. Good bread, well made sandwiches that don't skimp on fillings. I love that you can customize by adding extra caramelized onions and grilled sweet peppers. Clean washrooms and bottomless drinks for members. It's one of the best deals not to eat at the outlets.“
