“If sunshine could be carbonated, it would probably taste like an Italian soda.
Why don’t Italian sodas ever get into fights?
Because they always let things fizz out.
I ordered the classic strawberry with a splash of cream—because if I’m going to drink 300 calories, it might as well be fabulous.
First impression: it looks like a sunset in a cup, all pink and fizzy and full of promise. Then I took a sip, and boom—instant nostalgia. It tastes like childhood summers, roller skates, and that one friend who always dared you to mix every flavor at the soda fountain.
The bubbles hit your tongue like tiny jazz hands, the syrup is unapologetically sweet, and the cream smooths it all out like a velvet curtain on opening night. It’s not subtle—it’s dramatic, over-the-top, and a little ridiculous. And that’s exactly why it works.
By the time I finished, I had both a sugar rush and a deep philosophical question: Is this what happiness tastes like, or just really good marketing?
Final Thoughts:
The Italian soda doesn’t pretend to be sophisticated—it’s a fizzy, fruity party in a glass. Perfect for when you want a treat that’s equal parts nostalgia, chaos, and charm.
Would you like me to make a negative or overly pretentious version next (like a snobby food critic reviewing a soda)?“

“Went here many many years ago for mother's Day with wife and kids and it was fun. Went with my mom couple weeks ago and it's still a fun space. We were seated without a reservation and didn't wait long for our tea (so many to choose) and our panini was hot and tasty as was the soup and the little lemon bar snack was a great finish. They are small husband\\wife team so be patient! Small kitchen making everything by hand takes a little longer. Lots of fun and interesting nicknacks and jewelry to purchase as well as loose leaf teas!“

“I think people expect too much from Panera 😅 based on some of these reviews.
I was really craving my usual (grilled cheese) and an orange scone and came thru the drive thru. Your employee Parker was very nice and found one despite originally thinking they were out, it made my day. Cheers 🥂“
