We ordered borscht, cheese vareniki, cherry vareniki, and pelmeni. Everything was delicious! A couple of the cherry dumplings had slightly cracked dough and a bit of the filling leaked out, but it didn’t affect the taste. The borscht wasn’t very hot when served, so we asked to have it reheated — the staff responded quickly, and after that, it was perfect.

The pelmeni were also very good — flavorful and comforting.

The salo was excellent!...
The food was amazing - it was just too bad that it took an hour to be seated and over an hour after that to get our food ans it came all out of order - main dishes before appetizers… if the drinks would have came the. The appetizers the wait would not have felt so long. We felt bad for our seeet server - even with such a small place and late at night she knew it shouldn’t have taken so long.
A surprising find in the middle of nowhere. This Ukrainian restaurant is in the small town that is really the only town outside of Mt Rainier in the Paradise Area. It has some authentic and good Ukrainian food. The borscht was very tasty. The galushski in garlic cream sauce hit the spot and the pierogi was nice and soft and chewy. Service was great although they seemed a bit short staffed to handle the summer rush of visitors to the park. Nonetheless it was a great experience....
