Project Pat keepin it trippy out here in Ashford yall. This place reminds me of those bagels you get from the grocery store that are frozen and so you have to microwave them first and then toast them but you still know it for sure ain't fresh but it's all good because they're cheap a** bagels from Safeway and you're just chillin at your house on a Saturday. Stumbled upon this cozy little coffee house, and glad we did! The eggnog lattes are excellent. Nice selection of ice creams and sorbets too. The staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile. And, learned that it's owned by the first American to top Mount Everest. Had no idea! Lots of pictures and memorabilia adorn the walls. Small rock climbing "play ground" out front for the kiddos too. Small bites offered as well.

I stayed there several times and a perfect for a launch to the mountain. A great place to get a hamburger and a beer on the way back. Great place for a hot chocolate and the way to Rainier.
