We stayed just one night, to ride the Christmas train with Mt Rainer Scenic Railroad. I booked on short notice, but got in, probably because it was winter. I'd imagine this place fills to the brim with hikers and campers in the summer. We loved staying here. I did put down only 4 stars for service because the one person on duty was also the lady trying to take payments, answer the phone, AND run the cafe, so it took a while to check in as well as get our breakfast order and...
We stopped on our way home from the Mt Rainer visitors center and in NEED of a sweet treat!

Only went to the coffee shop. The barista was the sweetest (Claire) gave me recommendations on local food and hikes. She was kind and friendly to everyone who came in. The breve she made me was delicious as well.
