I had two Carne Asada tacos, two pork tacos and then two shredded pork tacos. All are good, and I will say this is the first time I found an actual food truck or any taco places that the Carne Asada actually taste good and the meat is not difficult/hard to chew.
mann dont listen about the wait time.. sometimes you just have to wait for greatness and thank god i did. I'm not a big fan of food trucks so this one really surprised me the food is really well made and you need to try their tortas and their strawberry horchata redbull. Really good and i seriously recommend you give it a try
The Torta de Pierna (pork) is the best torta I’ve had in my life. The street food stands/puestos in Guanajuato set my benchmark for the best tortas, and I hadn’t found one that measured up since. This food truck’s torta didn’t just measure up - it exceeded them all. Great friendly service too. I’ll be back for another torta and a Mexican Coke.
