I visited Auntie Anne’s in the Auburn Outlet Collection food court and ordered one item but was given something different. A good service experience would have meant exchange it out, especially since there was no price difference, but that didn’t happen. With my kids being particular about what they eat, this became a bigger issue and left me frustrated. I had to wait in line and reorder what they wanted.
