I was hoping to start a new tradition with my toddler before story time every Monday by hitting up a local donut shop. I wanted to support a small business. I’ll just go to Safeway next time. Lady charged me $3.50 for a small plain donut. My total came out to almost $10 for 2 small donuts and a coke. There’s no way a donut is $3.50. I hate being taken advantage of like that, specially when I was hoping to help a small business.

I think they had 10 variously assorted regular Donuts available for purchase. They had no fresh coffee... this was on a Saturday.. before noon.

These donuts are very average. Average ingredients, nothing special. A regular donut. I wouldn't go out of my way for this.
