Loved the chicken katsu that I just demolished! The katsu had good flavor, katsu sauce is solid with a little sweetness and tang. Rice was a little dry, but we in Auburn, so i guess you got to appeal to the demographics. You don't come here for the salad although the dressing was good. The restaurant feels homey with a nice korean couple running the show. Overall, the food, homey feeling and sweet auntie and uncle makes this place a winner. 잘 먹겠습니다.
We just ate here for my last night in town because, as a PNW native, every trip home I need to get my teriyaki fix. We went here on my brother’s recommendation and boy, it did NOT disappoint!
My brother and I got the spicy chicken and beef combo. Delightful and pleasantly spicy. If you don’t like spice I wouldn’t get the spicy version but if you do enjoy a tasty amount of heat, this is spot on. Not too hot, certainly flavorful.

Nicest people ever. Feel bad writing this review.. but the high rating made us chose this over others. Food was disappointing. Although the chicken teriyaki was ok, the sushi was falling apart, the soba was spicy without asking for it yo be spicy. My daughter wouldn't eat the noodles.. thry had a taste that wasn't a flavor we were familiar with.
