I always had a great rapport with Shelly at your A Street location and was wondering why she was let go. So I called the other location thinking that she moved over to the other location and was RUDELY greeted by some “God Awful Barista” there. I barely got in a sentence and she said, sorry, and HUNG UP on me. What kind of ATTITUDE brings this on and why did she compel to do what she did.
