The food was great, but I specifically wanted to shout out the cashier/server. I didn't catch her name, but the young lady with the blue hair was amazing in being patient and kind to my elderly grandparents. Despite the fact that she had to repeat herself multiple times because they are hard of hearing. She didn't get frustrated and move us along, quite the opposite, she was patient and kind and ready whenever we needed something.

I can't say enough good things about Longhorn BBQ! I have hired the food truck for a private event, and also had them cater a recent event. Both times, the service was impeccable, the food was absolutely perfectly cooked, and there was a ton of it! Even more than we paid for. Their employees are extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Their catering and truck pricing are both very reasonable and they show up on time, if not early. We won a basket at a local school's fundraising event and in it was a gift certificate to Longhorn Barbecue donated by them. on our way out of town to our Airbnb for Spring Break, we placed a to-go order for a variety of their smoked meats. Super friendly service, packed up right and wow oh wow was their food ever tasty! I am still dreaming about the flavorful smoked turkey. 😋And to know they support locally is such a cherry on top, and well, isn't hard to see why...
