Your hours say open 24hrs, your drive through hours also say open 24hrs. Delivery says open at 5am. We were at the establishment at 5:18am on 12/22/2025 . Drive through was blocked, lights were on, no one answered the phone even though you guys are supposed to be open.

The workers here are so lazy and rude! I ordered the monopoly meal, didn’t get any monopoly tabs on my stuff so of course I asked about it. One staff told me he’d be back after he checked and never did come back. So I went to the front counter and a staff was walking out and asked if I needed something so I told him and he said they slowly phased them out and they’re not doing it anymore. When another customer had them on their meal as well as it advertised on their screen menu. They’re just lazy and rude. Wont be back at this location!

Took 20 mins in the driver through for 4 cars. Made my whole order wrong while a female work was in the back yelling about how her boyfriend left her. This happened on 11/2/25 around 9:25pm. Ask for no pickles… There’s pickle, got a triple cheese some whole got 2 on my burger and an extra piece on something else I ordered? I don’t know how high you could possibly be yapping in a work atmosphere

Ordered via app and sent my husband to pickup order with a screenshot of the drive thru code. Jose will not honor the code because my phone was not with my husband. We have done this a few times with other locations. My husband ended up reordering the same items as it is already quite late for our dinner. Jose told me over the phone that my paid order via app will be refunded within 24 hours. With that phone call and after numerous emails with customer service, I still did not get my refund. It is already past 8 days.

This McDonald’s location is absolutely disgusting and should be avoided. I ordered the $5 meal, and when I opened my chicken nuggets, one looked clearly bitten. I went up to the counter to ask about it, and the employee (tall, skinny, ponytail) claimed it was “just cut in half.” She threw the nugget away, shut the box, and tried to hand it back to me without remaking it. When I asked for a fresh order, she got visibly upset, tossed the box aside, and told another worker to make it. There was no apology at all.
The service was rude, careless, and unprofessional. On top of that, the food was terrible. The ketchup in the dispenser didn’t even look like ketchup it was thick, old, and tasted bad. The burger also had something off about it, and I ended up throwing my whole meal away.
This place is dirty, rude, and untrustworthy. I do not recommend eating here.

Ordered 8 meals here guess that was to big of an order the cashier needed a thumb print to continue the order the manager seemed annoyed she was interrupted during the last couple minutes of her break but all the meals were messed up . The food was cold and fries were old , the chicken wraps were cold not even warm . They gave us 2 extra drinks by mistake. Need better staff & management.

For a place that was busy….My patties and fries were both cold and unseasoned. They forgot half of our order after confirming twice with us about what we had… we love McDonald’s but this one lost points for us.
