The staff inside can be hit or miss in terms of friendliness. The parking lot is small and oddly shaped but was empty during one visit. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible from both the front and side doors. Despite a frightening incident of violence, the employees handled the situation well, with one cashier remaining calm and professional.

McDonald's is always an easy pick for kids. The staff is pleasant and nice, providing helpful and awesome customer service. The manager even came out to greet everyone and offer bags for leftovers. The morning shift has a great crew. However, the night crew needs better training in customer service and handling app issues with some basic empathy, as a recent evening visit was frustrating with a mobile order glitch and long wait for cold, melted food.
