We ordered 2 10pc nugget meals and both boxes of nuggets were under cooked, I asked about there bundle meal that was on the menu and no one not even the manager could answer my question. They were un organized. Service and food was terrible! That's why we fed it to the birds. It was a waste of money. Next time we will go to Popeyes chicken!
I place an order in the app for a walk in pick up. It took well over 30 mins for me to receive my order. I order a large coffee at the counter when I went in. I notified the manager I was also here to pick up my order.It seems like there may have been a break down in moral amongst the team working. The manager who took my order, an older African American gentleman, definitely seem like he did not want to be at work. He was definitely not friendly or helpful.
