This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s. It needs new management. Incomplete orders and slow service. It’s been this way for years.
I am very very frustrated with this McDonalds. At least half the time we come here they are out of ice cream or the machine is broke. This has been happening for months. Often the reason we pull through is JUST for ice cream. Then I have VERY disappointed children. And today my boys were excited to try the new chicken strips and guess what?!?! They didn't have any!!! Super bummed Lakeland resident �
As usual the kids in here are too busy having fun playing around to get your order correct! I order a hawk box with sweet and sour get 10 sauces and what do you know all 10 not sweet & sour. Will not return again id advise to stop at the one on A st!
