We ate in the bar and realized our favorite server no longer worked there. The new wait staff in the bar did not seem eager to help anyone. I felt like I was an inconvenience. The bar dining area was dirty, tables were sticky and so we're the menus. Food was okay but server never checked on us or asked if we wanted any additional fries or even how our food was. She was more involved with chatting with the other server working the bar. My drink was the worst I have ever had....

It’s my first time eating here and trying Red Robin for my first time, the fries here are omg soooo good! And the burgers is a plussss. I did not know what to order and my waitress Kalsey I think that’s her name that works there was very Polite and helpful and recommended me on what’s in the images, I enjoyed the food soo much and very great full for the service, thank you so much Kelsey.. definitely coming back again!!

We’ve been eating at this location for many years. The service usually sucks. The place is pretty dirty. Of course they parked us adults next to wild and screaming children. At one point, 1/2 of someone’s child came over the top of the booth behind me. I wonder if the hosts were ever taught to read the room??
