We lived in Laos for 7 years and love Lao food. This is by far the most authentic tasting Lao food that we have found. We especially like their nem khao, Lao style sausages, and their jeow mak lin is the only real-tasting Lao tomato salsa that I have ever found outside of Laos or my wife's kitchen.
