Excellent customer service! I was stuck with my card unable to make the transaction and the wonderful people working there, Willow and boss, sorry didn't catch his name, allowed me to just take the coffee for free! This is no way is an excuse to order and receive goods for free, but they certainly helped me out in a bit of a tight spot. Great coffee and atmosphere, BTW!!

I have had one experience here, but it was a great one! I stopped in on a busy morning with several other commuters and the barista working had quite a line going. The barista worked very efficiently and was very kind, friendly, and accommodating to everyone despite the morning rush. Throughout the madness, I ended up being charged for another customer’s order, which ended up being a steeper price compared to what I was expecting to pay for one hot white mocha. I reached out...

This is an appreciation post for Virginia!!

She is a force! So kind, so fast! She remembers all of our regular commuter drinks and often has them ready by the time you are up to the register.

She runs circles around any other barista.
Watching her in action is inspiring.
