The food was delicious. I talked with the owner, Osmar. He said they make nearly everything fresh, including the pumpkin soup I had, which was rich, smooth, and hearty.Some things he gets prepared off-site by "a Greek lady," including the super- soft pita bread and the amazing baklava.I had a classic gyro. Our family has become semi-regulars here! The food is fantastic, with lots of choices and good prices. A tasty staple to have here on the island. We were initially concerned by some of the reviews but have found that our experiences have all been very positive. The butter chicken, and masala paneer were particularly good, I would highly recommend checking them out!

The Saffron Bistro is a very small restaurant located in the Pavilion on the first floor. The food is everything you could want in a Mediterranean restaurant. It is wonderful! We all had something different and were pleasantly surprised with not a single small complaint. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend Saffron.
