The employees here always very very nice but my coffee was awful yesterday I got a blonde Americano and it was disgusting I couldn't even drink it I ended up throwing it out usually get coffee is good there I don't know it was wrong with that one

If you order a latte, it should be whole milk and not almond milk unless you ask for almond milk.

Everyone is greeted as they enter - familiar faces and first timers alike. It is spotless. I've only had one drink made wrong and they redid that drink immediately. It is the absolute best.

Picked up what I wanted for Coffees, and service and Employee's were great.
Friendly staff...mostly young people from the local community. Standard reliable Starbucks menu and product quality. Nice seating by large windows...perfect for watching the rain on a fall/winter day.

Hands down the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. All of the employees here are so nice and excited to see everyone...all the time. If I didn't know any better I would say they are definitely getting high on their own supply. Keep it up you smiling happy friendly coffee fiends!!!

Very busy today - plenty of staff- that wasn't the problem, I had the choice to leave. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and after about 15 min my name was called. They had sold out of the one I ordered... It's been a long time since I've been to SB, didn't they use to hand out free drink coupons for inconveniences like this? Not at Bainbridge SB. Another huge annoyance is the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. People were shouting over plastic barrier, face mask & music to order - very annoying. Bad experience - not going back. Live & learn - there are better places for coffee & breakfast sandwiches on the Island.

Located in Safeway. The staff here are far, far friendlier and welcoming than the staff in the Starbucks next door. Kudos to the team. I'll always take the extra effort to visit this one.
