This food truck is a MUST try! We grabbed some kalua pork tacos, lumpia, and pancit when this truck was at Bainbridge Brewing and it was absolutely top notch Filipino food! The Lost Islander Tacos ($14) were hands down the star of the show. Two very large tacos come in an order and the flavors were perfect!
Sauced is a Filipino food truck serving rice plates, egg rolls, fried cauliflower, sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas and more. We got to enjoy this food truck after the Mochi Tsuki Festival in the school across the street. They were set up next to Bainbridge Brewing, dutifully sitting out in the rain while people huddled in the nice warmth of the brewery. We requested Sauced for an event at our school and it was AMAZING. Their food is absolutely delicious. Many were raving about their lumpia, and I ordered the smoked pork tacos with spicy mayo and slaw and WOW absolutely would order again and again. So delicious. THANK YOU SAUCED!
