My husband and I come here all the time ☺️ staff is wonderful. Thank you so much. A lot of locations just ignore it if you ask for a flavored cold foam but this one always makes the salted caramel foam for me. 🥹
This is my favorite cup note so far. Sorry those are mandatory bc it seems like a waste of time for y'all 🤷♀️ maybe they'll change the policy again in the future.

Friday the 12th of September, 2025. Given the level of activity the two people working did a phenomenal job keeping everything under control, with forward momentum. They looked like they could have used at least third person.

This is my go to coffee shop! The staff is always friendly and greets you as soon as you walk in. I enjoy sitting outside on their patio or inside to enjoy a cup of coffee. I’m a regular at this location and my order is always perfect the first time.

Waiting almost thirty minutes for a coffee, after ordering ahead. The older barista said she was starting my order then went in the back to talk to her coworker for almost ten minutes. I had to ask and have another barista make it.
Avarage Starbucks, friendly staff.

Always a dependable place to get a cup of joe.
Usual Starbucks store. Friendly staff
I visited on June 2nd around 530pm. What a beautiful Starbucks -- and spacious. Conveniently located and walkable for those in the neighborhood. I would give it 5 stars except for ... the gossipy, whining barista. She didn't serve me, her co-worker did -- but her negative trash-talking shrill voice filled the entire place. She gossiped and complained about another barista for almost 30 minutes. The male coworker handled this as best he could, trying to interject positivity, but to no avail. Truly, one of the worst customer experiences I've had in a while -- unprofessional and not on par with Starbuck's mission to be a welcoming, friendly place. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and this isn't a regular occurrence.

Went to this location for the first time, ordered a large matcha frapp, and was given a compostable cup and straw for the first time ever at a Starbucks. While I’m all for reducing waste, I at least want to be able to finish what I purchased. With the (non see-through) lid on, I kept moving the straw trying to get more of my drink, but when I wasn’t getting anything, I found this was the issue. The straw was soggy and broken in the middle. I didn’t have a spoon on me, and my drink was too thick (the way I like it) to simply tilt/pour the drink into my mouth. Half of my beverage was wasted. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Cashier was chatting too much while there was a line of people waiting to order.
Excellent service
Who wants to drink iced coffee out of a cardboard cup and flat paper lid? Disgusting. Starbucks please go back to normal cups.
Also…. Have taken my tiny sweet black pug to other Starbucks 600+ times and have never been told to leave him outside. That happened at Bainbridge Island location.
Mobile orders are their only priority. My drink was made and they never called it out. When you walk in to order. All employees are focused on Mobile orders. It takes them a good 5 minutes before getting to the register. And the wait time is longer for drinks as again Mobile orders are made first.
The amount of chit chat and happy time is too high compared to the amount of properly made drinks. It’s fun to come here but I almost expect a conversation or screw up to make the overall experience take longer.
