Crust is perfect, light sourdough. Margherita topping left something to be desired, it used regular mozzarella instead of fresh, so even hot out the oven the cheese was hardening and came off in a clump. An authentic Margherita uses fresh mozzarella which would form an almost sauce like texture, so that would be my rec to the shop. I'd go back, but for a different topping.
Great pizza spot with really solid flavor and quality ingredients. The crust has the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft inside and the sauce is rich without being overpowering. Every bite tastes fresh and well put together. This is the best pizza on Bainbridge Island.
I'm not sure what the hype is about. Their pizza is fine, but not remarkable in any way I could see. The crust was fluffy, but lacked any crispness, and there was no flavor (or otherwise?) to indicate it was sour dough, as advertised. The toppings and sauce were fine. The price seemed a little steep for the area, considering the quality. Annoyingly, the only seating is a single bench inside and some outdoor tables, which is problematic if it is rainy but not so bad of...
