They need to update their websites. The first photos online show several types of pizzas. We went in with a family of 6 exclusively because the kids wanted pizza. When we were finally seated the waitress said something weird when the kids were talking about the pizzas they wanted. “Well the meatball sandwich is sort of like a pizza” she said, then handed us menus and walked away, only to find they do not in fact serve any pizza anymore. You’re free to change your menu up - but it seems pretty lazy and misleading to not update or remove pictures of food item you no longer serve. It felt really misleading that we were CLEARLY there for pizza, and they made us wait, danced around saying “we don’t serve those anymore”, and got us to sit down and look at the menus before making that discovery. If they would have just been honest up front we would have left. Instead we got sucked in, the kids are frustrated and hungry, and we felt stuck with the amount of time we had already wasted there just trying to get food. So I won’t be recommending this to anyone. The food was OK. The Prices were kinda high for what it was. But mostly I’m pissed that they danced around the truth and online clearly shows pizza as a thing they do.

Pizza overpriced and very meh.. 6% in addition to tip is excessive as well. Our 24 dollar pizza was shrunken to almost a 10 in. Nice atmosphere but server disappeared halfway through meal . $90 Id rather go elsewhere to eat and maybe come here for a drink at bar

Very cute restaurant. Friendly service. Only three stars because we really wanted pizza, and the description says it’s a pizza pub. Pizzas start at 4 pm. The sandwiches were good. Also, there is a 6% fee on ALL orders not including a tip (5% tip for the kitchen, and 1% for health care). Parties of 6+ is an additional 20% fee.

If you like being gouged on excessive fees, by all means come here. They automatically help themselves to 6% and try to explain it away as going to kitchen staff. Does this mean you stiff the kitchen staff on normal tips? The people that are most likely working the hardest over hot ovens and burners? If you have 6 or more people the will add 20% ON TOP if this (we were part of a trivia group so they gladly called us a party of 6+ even though it was 4 of us). This means if you are 6 or more they automatically help themselves to 26% in "service fees" on top your bill. Then they have the gaul to ask you the to add another tip on top of their already excessive fees. For a family of 4 it ran us $130 for a large pizza, a small pizza, and a few drinks for absolutely basic food and subpar service. I had to actively stop our server a few times to get help. And all of this great food and service definitely deserved a 26% tip on top, no? Last time I will ever come to this place. Come here if you want underwhelming food and service with a hefty bill at the end.

Bummer visit. I drove from Seattle and went here at the recommendation of a hotel manager. (He raved about the pizza!)
I scoped out the menu ahead of time and picked a supreme- type pizza and the prosciutto and pear salad.)
When I got there- I was given a lunch menu. I ordered a glass of Sauvignon Blanc and then checked out the menu. They don’t serve any pizzas at lunch and the server hadn’t heard of the salad- (Note- it’s posted in the Google reviews and the snapshots of the menus.) She said the menu online is outdated. Was super bummed and decided not to eat because I wasn’t up for a sandwich.
Ended up paying $15 + tip for my 6 oz pour of basic wine. Meh….

Parking: Street parking immediately in front of the establishment.

Extremely disappointed by this restaurant which charged me twice without my agreement. I wrote to them and got no response.
Plus they add 20% to the bill if you are 6 people... go figure... move on!

Good food. It’s was busy but they worked hard to get us served. However…if you have any pizza left, they will not give you a pizza box to take the rest home. We were given 2 small boxes (not pizza boxes) for 7 slices, stacked on top of each other. If you order a to go pizza you get a pizza box. Charge me for the pizza box but at least have it as an option.

Great service. One gal running around, but she was very efficient and friendly. Spacious place. Lots of seating and patio tables, too. My sandwich was really good. Prices are slightly high but seem reasonable compared to most of the places in the area.

Food and staff are wonderful, the prices are too high. We're happy to pay them every once in a while for dinner but lunch is not a good value.

The Treehouse cafe recently got a new owner so I think they are still working out some of the kinks but we had our rehearsal dinner here and it was a wonderful experience. We seriously could not have asked for a better night and everyone had a blast. I do not think they were prepared for our crazy latin family, but they handled it with a lot of grace and provided exceptional service. The pizza was delicious and the wine was flowing, everyone loved the space and the outdoor seating was a great option on a hot August night. I will definitely be back to the Treehouse Cafe next time we are on Bainbridge Island. I would also strongly recommend them for events!
