I visited Al & Ernie’s Bakery Cafe for the first time yesterday and I am in love with the place! It reminds me of the Magnolia bakery in Waco, TX! So beautifully designed, plenty of seating (though it was very busy!) and the chai tea and chocolate croissant I had were amazing! I can’t wait to go back!
Biscuits and Gravy are absolutely amazing!! The biscuits perfectly flaky and seasoned and the sausage and gravy were so good. The Place is decorated so cute and even though they were busy we got our food super quick. Can’t wait to go back and try more items.
Great atmosphere, beautiful how they repurposed the building. Food was absolutely delicious! pastries also delicious! coffee was the best I've had in a long time!

Al & Ernie’s Bakery Cafe is a wonderful bakery and restaurant. This unknown gem offers super filled pastries heavy with pistachio cream, wonderful cakes, and coffee drinks. The food, bread, and pastries are all great. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Customers have shared beautiful experiences, noting the kindness and smiles of the staff, even when arriving close to closing time. One experience highlighted a very kind woman who offered warm, soft pillowy donuts to everyone, creating a moment of grace. While the ordering process can be a bit clunky, with numbers called out at the front for counter pick-up, the overall consensus is that this is a great little spot to get a bite and it's really good.
