I wish I could say the customer service was bad, but it would have had to exist in order to be bad. I accidentally spilled my drink ($9 down the drain) at my table, and the three people working couldn't even break up their conversation to acknowledge what happen literally right in front of their faces. This place has such a great vibe, the workers are always so friendly even under pressure, they get sooo busy and always do their best!!! They have the best breakfast sandwiches! And I love their drinks too, I highly recommend visiting them 🥰
Love, Love Dev’s.. However, the baristas really need to listen and pay attention when customers order. My sister and I went there yesterday and she got a sugar free iced latte, drank it and called me to tell me her blood sugar was over 400!! IT WASN’T SUGAR FREE.. She had to give herself an insulin shot.
We like to go to Dev’s because it’s different and great coffee but, this one was kind of a bad one.
